Hey, I’m Rich. An adventure photographer and filmmaker.

It can often be hard to summarise what it is you do, or the about page as a creative freelancer, unless it has some form of familiarity link, but in short, here is my attempt.

Hi, I’m Rich, an outdoor adventure photographer and filmmaker of sorts, born and raised in New Zealand. I work 95% of the time outside solving visual problems for brands, some you might be familiar with. Jeep, Canon, Arc’teryx, Yeti, La Marzocco Home to name a few. Visually, I enjoy the pursuit of exploring the unique side of challenges. My photographic intentions weigh heavily on human powered adventures, real people and genuine experiences. I’m drawn heavily to harsh environments and soft light.
